These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cyrus AI, including our website, translation tools, account features, dashboard, payment workflows, support features, and any related services we provide (collectively, the “Service”).

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cyrus AI, including our website, translation tools, account features, dashboard, payment workflows, support features, and any related services we provide (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, uploading a file, starting a translation, using dashboard features, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

About Cyrus AI

Cyrus AI provides AI-assisted document translation, file processing, formatting-preservation tools, translation output generation, account tools, dashboard features, payment workflows, and support features.

The Service is designed to help users translate and process documents more efficiently. However, Cyrus AI does not provide certified translation, sworn translation, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, tax advice, immigration advice, academic verification, or any other professional advice.

Translation and AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before using them.

Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use paid features. If you are under the age of legal majority, you may use the Service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law, sanctions rules, export control rules, or other legal restrictions.

Accounts and Login Security

Some features may require an account, verified login method, session token, or other authentication method.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or using an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login methods, passwords, sessions, devices, tokens, and account access.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it, unless the activity was caused by Cyrus AI’s own security failure.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, your login method has been compromised, or suspicious activity has occurred.

We may require verification, limit access, suspend activity, or request additional information if we believe an account, payment, upload, or activity may be fraudulent, insecure, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

You may not sell, transfer, rent, share, or provide access to your account in a way that violates these Terms or harms the Service.

User Files and Content

“User Content” means any files, documents, text, images, data, prompts, instructions, messages, feedback, or other materials that you upload, submit, enter, send, or otherwise provide through the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content. Cyrus AI does not claim ownership of your uploaded files or input content.

By using the Service, you grant Cyrus AI a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to process, store, transmit, convert, translate, display, and otherwise use your User Content only as needed to:

  • provide the Service;
  • process and translate your files;
  • generate and deliver outputs;
  • preserve formatting where possible;
  • provide account, dashboard, billing, and support features;
  • maintain security and prevent abuse;
  • troubleshoot technical issues;
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, payment, or regulatory obligations.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Cyrus AI.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, licenses, and authority needed to upload, process, translate, and use the User Content through the Service.

You must not upload or process content that:

  • violates any law or regulation;
  • infringes intellectual property rights;
  • violates confidentiality obligations;
  • violates privacy or data protection rights;
  • contains malware, viruses, harmful code, or exploit payloads;
  • contains content you are not authorized to process;
  • is used for fraud, impersonation, forgery, abuse, or illegal activity.

Do not upload personal data, confidential information, trade secrets, regulated data, sensitive records, government documents, medical records, financial records, legal files, immigration documents, or third-party private information unless you have the legal right and authority to do so.

AI Translation Outputs

The Service may generate translations, converted documents, text outputs, formatting-preserved documents, summaries, or other AI-assisted outputs (“Outputs”).

Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, mistranslated, improperly formatted, or unsuitable for your intended purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, correcting, and approving all Outputs before using, publishing, submitting, relying on, or sharing them.

Cyrus AI does not guarantee that:

  • Outputs will be error-free;
  • translations will be complete or perfectly accurate;
  • formatting will always be preserved;
  • tables, images, charts, formulas, footnotes, headers, footers, page numbers, or layouts will always be preserved correctly;
  • terminology will be correct for legal, medical, academic, financial, technical, or official use;
  • Outputs will satisfy the requirements of any court, school, university, employer, government agency, embassy, immigration authority, regulator, or professional body.

You must not represent AI-generated translations as certified, sworn, notarized, official, legally verified, or professionally reviewed unless they have been reviewed and certified by a qualified human professional where required.

Professional, Legal, Medical, Financial, Academic, and Sensitive Use

Cyrus AI is not a substitute for a professional translator, certified translator, lawyer, doctor, accountant, financial advisor, immigration advisor, academic reviewer, or other qualified professional.

Before using any Output for professional, legal, medical, financial, academic, immigration, contractual, official, government, court, employment, regulatory, or high-impact purposes, you must obtain appropriate human review from a qualified professional.

You are solely responsible for decisions, actions, submissions, filings, publications, communications, transactions, or claims made based on Outputs.

Cyrus AI is not responsible for harm caused by your reliance on unreviewed, incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable Outputs.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • violate any law, regulation, court order, contract, or third-party right;
  • upload, translate, generate, distribute, or assist with illegal content;
  • create, modify, translate, or present forged, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive documents;
  • impersonate another person or entity;
  • misrepresent AI-generated translations as certified, sworn, official, or legally verified;
  • infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights;
  • process content you do not have the right to use;
  • upload malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, malicious scripts, exploit code, or harmful files;
  • attack, scan, probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service;
  • bypass authentication, rate limits, quotas, billing rules, wallet rules, payment systems, security systems, or access controls;
  • use bots, automation, scripts, scraping, or high-volume automated access without our permission;
  • resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission;
  • extract, copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to discover source code, prompts, models, workflows, system logic, API logic, or internal mechanisms;
  • use the Service for spam, phishing, fraud, scams, harassment, abuse, hate, threats, or harmful activity;
  • use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Cyrus AI or its providers;
  • abuse refunds, chargebacks, wallets, credits, promotions, coupons, or payment workflows;
  • use the Service in violation of sanctions, export control, or other legal restrictions.

We may investigate, limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms or created risk for Cyrus AI, other users, third parties, payment providers, infrastructure providers, or the public.

Payments, Wallet, Credits, and Billing

Some features may require payment, wallet balance, usage credits, subscriptions, one-time purchases, or other billing arrangements.

Prices, plans, limits, credit values, supported payment methods, available features, processing limits, and billing rules may change from time to time.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including local payment gateways such as Zarinpal or other providers we support. Your use of a payment provider may be subject to that provider’s own terms, fees, rules, limitations, and privacy practices.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and to pay all amounts due for your use of paid features.

A successful payment may result in access to paid features, wallet balance, usage credits, or processing rights, depending on the product or workflow shown at the time of purchase.

Wallet balances, credits, or prepaid amounts are intended for use inside the Service and are not cash, bank deposits, stored-value accounts, or financial instruments. Unless required by law or expressly stated in our refund policy, wallet balances and credits are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not withdrawable.

We may review, delay, cancel, reverse, suspend, or refuse a transaction if we believe it may be fraudulent, unauthorized, mistaken, abusive, high-risk, subject to chargeback, or in violation of these Terms.

You are responsible for any taxes, bank fees, currency conversion fees, gateway fees, mobile operator fees, or other third-party charges that may apply to your transaction.

Refunds, Failed Processing, and Transaction Reviews

Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase, the status of processing, the reason for the request, applicable law, and the payment method used.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase:

  • if processing has not started, a refund, cancellation, or credit adjustment may be considered;
  • if a file has already been processed, translated, converted, or delivered, refunds are not guaranteed;
  • dissatisfaction with style, terminology, formatting, or expected quality does not automatically create a refund right if the Service was provided;
  • if a technical failure caused by Cyrus AI prevents delivery of the purchased service, we may offer reprocessing, correction, credit, or refund after review;
  • if a payment was duplicated or charged by mistake, we will review the issue and may correct it where verified;
  • abusive refund requests, fraudulent claims, chargeback abuse, or repeated misuse may result in account limitation or suspension.

To request a refund or transaction review, contact us at support@cyrusaico.com and include your account information, payment reference, file/job reference if available, and a clear explanation of the issue.

Refunds, if approved, may be returned to the original payment method, wallet balance, service credit, or another method we reasonably support.

Refund review may take [NUMBER] business days. Payment providers and banks may take additional time to process approved refunds.

Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support first may result in temporary restriction of your account while the transaction is reviewed.

Service Availability, Processing Limits, and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, instant, or permanent availability.

The Service may be delayed, limited, unavailable, or interrupted due to:

  • maintenance;
  • updates;
  • server issues;
  • queue load;
  • third-party provider issues;
  • payment provider issues;
  • security events;
  • network problems;
  • file size, file type, or format limitations;
  • unusual usage patterns;
  • events beyond our reasonable control.

We may apply limits to file size, file type, page count, character count, processing speed, account usage, wallet usage, API usage, dashboard usage, or other features.

We may modify, suspend, replace, remove, or discontinue features, formats, models, workflows, pricing, limits, or parts of the Service at any time. Where practical, we will try to provide notice of material changes.

We do not guarantee that every file format, layout, font, image, table, formula, chart, scanned document, handwritten text, or embedded element will be processed correctly.

Intellectual Property of Cyrus AI

Cyrus AI and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the website, software, source code, object code, interface, design, branding, logo, workflows, systems, prompts, models, documentation, databases, tools, features, and all related intellectual property.

These Terms do not give you ownership of the Service or any Cyrus AI intellectual property.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, mirror, scrape, extract, or create derivative works based on the Service except as expressly allowed by law or by written permission from Cyrus AI.

You may not use Cyrus AI’s name, logo, branding, screenshots, interface, or trademarks in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without permission.

Ownership and Use of Outputs

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you may use Outputs generated from your own lawful User Content for your personal or business purposes.

Cyrus AI does not claim ownership over Outputs generated from your User Content, to the extent such ownership can legally exist.

However, you understand that:

  • AI-generated Outputs may not be unique;
  • similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users;
  • Outputs may not qualify for intellectual property protection;
  • Outputs may contain errors or content that requires review;
  • if your input violates third-party rights, the Output may also create legal risk;
  • you are responsible for verifying whether you have the right to use, publish, submit, sell, or rely on an Output.

Cyrus AI does not guarantee that Outputs are free of third-party rights, suitable for commercial use, acceptable to any authority, or valid for any official purpose.

Privacy and File Handling

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and share information, including account information, uploaded files, translation content, payment references, support messages, device information, and usage information.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not upload content containing personal data, confidential information, trade secrets, regulated data, or third-party sensitive information unless you have the right and authority to do so.

Uploaded files and translated outputs may be stored only as long as needed for processing, download, support, security, accounting, legal requirements, or other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

Cyrus AI does not use uploaded files for AI model training unless this is expressly stated in the Privacy Policy or another written agreement that applies to you.

Cookies and Local Storage

The Service may use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, and similar browser storage for essential functions such as login, authentication, security, language preference, theme preference, payment flow, miniapp context, and service functionality.

Optional analytics, marketing, or third-party storage will only be used where implemented and where required consent has been obtained.

Our Cookie Policy explains what cookies and storage technologies we use and how you can manage your preferences.

Blocking or deleting essential cookies or storage may affect login, language settings, theme settings, payment flows, dashboard features, support features, or other core functionality.

Third-Party Services

The Service may include, connect to, or rely on third-party services, including payment providers, authentication tools, miniapp platforms, trust seals, social links, hosting providers, infrastructure providers, security tools, support systems, or other external services.

Examples may include Zarinpal, Telegram, Bale, eNamad, hosting/CDN providers, payment gateways, or other providers used by Cyrus AI.

Third-party services are not controlled by Cyrus AI. They may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, cookies, limitations, and processing rules.

Cyrus AI is not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, payment providers, outages, errors, policies, fees, processing delays, or actions, except to the extent required by applicable law.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms between you and the third-party provider.

Account Suspension, Restriction, and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe that:

  • you violated these Terms;
  • you used the Service unlawfully or abusively;
  • your account or activity creates security, legal, financial, operational, or reputational risk;
  • your payment is fraudulent, disputed, reversed, or subject to chargeback;
  • you uploaded harmful, illegal, infringing, or unauthorized content;
  • you attempted to bypass security, billing, quotas, or technical limits;
  • your activity harms other users, Cyrus AI, providers, or third parties;
  • we are required or requested to do so by law, regulation, court order, payment provider, or authority.

Suspension or termination may limit your access to files, Outputs, wallet balance, credits, account features, support features, or payment workflows.

Where practical and appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue, but we are not required to do so where there is risk, abuse, fraud, legal concern, or security concern.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Account deletion, data deletion, wallet handling, and file retention may be subject to our Privacy Policy, refund policy, legal obligations, accounting requirements, and technical limitations.

Copyright, Intellectual Property, and Rights Complaints

If you believe that content processed through or made available by the Service violates your rights, you may contact us at legal@cyrusaico.com or support@cyrusaico.com.

Your notice should include:

  • your name and contact information;
  • identification of the protected work or right;
  • identification of the content or activity you believe is infringing;
  • an explanation of why you believe your rights are being violated;
  • a statement that the information you provide is accurate;
  • confirmation that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

We may remove, restrict, disable, or investigate content, accounts, or activity that may violate rights or law.

False, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith complaints may result in restriction of your access to the Service.

Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or recommendations, you grant Cyrus AI permission to use them without restriction or compensation.

We may use feedback to improve, modify, market, or develop the Service. You understand that feedback is not confidential unless we separately agree in writing.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyrus AI disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.

Cyrus AI does not warrant that:

  • the Service will always be available;
  • the Service will be secure or error-free;
  • any file will be processed correctly;
  • any Output will be accurate, complete, suitable, official, certified, or legally valid;
  • formatting will always be preserved;
  • defects will always be corrected;
  • the Service will meet your expectations or requirements;
  • third-party providers will operate without interruption or error.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyrus AI and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and providers will not be liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages;
  • loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, data, files, or reputation;
  • errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or defects in Outputs;
  • reliance on AI-generated translations or other Outputs;
  • professional, legal, medical, financial, academic, immigration, government, or official decisions made using Outputs;
  • failure to review Outputs before use;
  • unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your account;
  • service interruptions, delays, downtime, or data loss;
  • third-party provider actions, outages, errors, fees, or policies;
  • payment disputes, chargebacks, or bank delays;
  • content uploaded, processed, or used by you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Cyrus AI for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Cyrus AI for the specific transaction or service giving rise to the claim during the [NUMBER] months before the claim arose, or [AMOUNT], whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct, fraud, or other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cyrus AI and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and providers from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:

  • your use of the Service;
  • your User Content;
  • your Outputs;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your violation of law;
  • your violation of third-party rights;
  • your misuse of payment, wallet, credit, refund, or chargeback workflows;
  • your unauthorized or abusive use of the Service;
  • your professional, official, legal, financial, medical, academic, or public use of Outputs without proper review.

We may control the defense of any claim at our discretion. You agree to cooperate with us in defending such claims.

Export Controls, Sanctions, and Restricted Use

You may not use the Service in violation of export control laws, sanctions rules, trade restrictions, or other applicable legal restrictions.

You represent that you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a country or territory where use of the Service is prohibited by applicable law.

You also represent that you are not a person, entity, or organization restricted from using the Service under applicable sanctions, export control, or trade compliance rules.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time.

When we update these Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date above. For material changes, we may provide additional notice through the website, dashboard, email, or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Our failure to enforce a provision does not mean we waive the right to enforce it later.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our permission. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, change of control, or legal operation.
